TEXAS ALLOYS AND METALS COMPANY was established in Houston, Texas

in 1954 to be a manufacturer of Tungsten Carbide products to be used in
the oilfield drilling industry. In 1962 the company relocated to Timpson, Texas
where it was then incorporated and renamed Timpson Tamco Incorporation.
